- Rapid laboratory tests (Tests Diagnostic Rapid): These are tests conducted near the patient, using rapid tests according to the Ministry of Health guidelines. - Laboratory diagnosis: samples are taken from the home and sent to accredited laboratories with results sent via the app or messages.

Pharmaceutical Services:

Providing appropriate medications according to the Ministry of Health regulations.

Patient Diagnosis and Monitoring

Focusing on cases that can be treated in outpatient clinics and do not require hospitalization, as well as cases requiring emergency surgical intervention.

Physical Therapy

Such as post-stroke cases, bleeding, burns, fractures, and similar conditions.

Environmental Health

Monitoring the improvement of the living environment to reduce diseases and transmission of infections.

Referrals

When necessary, the doctor will refer the patient and advise them or their relatives to go to the hospital and may recommend a specific hospital or a specific specialist based on what they deem appropriate. The doctor does not impose their opinion on the patient or their relatives - the patient and their relatives have the freedom to make the appropriate decision.

  • The patient's family must ensure the presence of an appropriate companion during the examination and provision of medical service.
  • The patient and their family should treat the service provider with mutual respect and immediately report any misunderstandings or dissatisfaction with the service provider to the center.
  • The service requester must adhere to using the service requests through the application, and failure to comply may result in the loss of the right to use the application in the future.
  • The center reserves the right to cancel the registration or prohibit the use of any customers or service providers without disclosing the reasons.
